Ryan grew up in the church and has served on staff as Executive Minister since 2021. He has been involved in many ministries and served in the church's administrative leadership and in the construction industry prior to being on staff. He is married to Ashley and they live in Richfield with their four children. He is passionate about the local and global church and enjoys supporting leaders & members in the local setting. In his spare time, Ryan also enjoys family camping & biking trips when its warm, hunting in the Fall, watching the Phillies & movies with his family and a good cup of coffee.

Josh has been actively involved at RLMC since 2019, serving in Youth and Young Adult Ministries. He began on staff in 2021 and now serves as Pastor of Youth and Young Adults. He and his wife, Malia, live in Mount Pleasant Mills and are passionate about investing in the next generation. Josh enjoys video games, tossing discs on the course, and anything that sparks a little friendly competition, while Malia brings warmth and encouragement to every ministry she touches. Together, they love spending time with friends and family, sharing laughter, and building meaningful community.

Ken has been attending RLMC for over forty years. Ken also serves as a greeter on Sunday mornings and a volunteer leader with Youth Ministries. He lives in McAlisterville and is married to Lori. Ken and Lori have four grown children and five grandchildren. Ken enjoys metal detecting, hunting, and playing with his grandchildren in his spare time.

Mike has been an elder at RLMC since 2023. Mike also serves as a Sunday School teacher for fifth and sixth grades. He lives in Flint Valley and is married to Denise. Mike and Denise have two grown sons. In his spare time, Mike likes to read, go fishing, and travel with Denise

Bill has been an elder (formerly a deacon) at RLMC since 2020 and previously served eight years as deacon. He lives in Richfield and is married to Cheryl. Bill is involved in AWANA and also serves as a Sunday School teacher and on the Building Committee.

Jim has been an elder at RLMC since 2020. He also serves as a Sunday School teacher. Jim lives in Middleburg with his wife, Christine. For relaxation Jim likes to read, watch movies, or just hang out with the family. Jim and Christine have five grown children and three awesome grandsons.
