Family & Adult Ministries

Are you looking for a next step to grow in your faith and lead others in their faith?

We have opportunities for men and women to grow together and individually in their relationship with Christ.

  • Sunday Morning

Sunday School classes are held each Sunday at 9:15 - 10:15 am. Classes are available for men and women separately and together. Check out the Sunday School brochure for more information.

  • Prayer Meeting

Prayer meeting is held Wednesday evenings 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Men and women are invited to join us for a time of prayer for our church family and ministries, the surrounding community, and the world.

  • Men of Iron (for Men)

B.U.I.L.T (Building Up In Life Together) for Christ (for Women)

These groups are meant to encourage men and women to build each other up to be more like Christ. Through one-on-one mentorship, men and women are challenged to make disciples and grow toward biblical standards of womanhood or manhood. Mentorship pairings usually occur in the fall and last for a period of about one year.

  • Journey Groups

The purpose of these groups is to challenge and encourage men and women to grow as faithful and fruitful followers of Christ, while building relationships in a small group setting through transparency and accountability. Gender-specific groups of five to eight men or women commit to meet together regularly for about eight months, spending time in God's Word with each other to glorify Him.

  • Bible Studies

The purpose of these Bible study groups is to help men and women experience Jesus through the study of His Word. A women's Bible study occurs on Wednesdays from 8:45 to 10:30 am in the Fellowship Hall from September to May and periodically during the summer months. A men's Bible study is held on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 am in the church office conference room.

  • Retreats

Men's and Women's weekend retreats are held at area conference centers each spring to allow women and men to fellowship and grow in their relationships with Christ. A retreat for married couples is also heled each spring to allow wives and husbands to fellowship and learn with other couples as they seek to strengthen their relationships with their spouses.
